CHAMPIONS FOR CHANGE

The Just Dream Movement ™ empowers young people to believe in their potential and pursue their dreams with courage and purpose. Championing this mission is Nickolas Ellis, an 18-year-old motorsport athlete, #iWill Champion Changemaker and the first Young Ambassador for both UK Youth and the Just Dream Movement. Through his unique platforms in motorsport, ambassadorships, and his world-class team, NE Racing and Nickolas inspire young people to follow their dreams. Together, the Just Dream Movement and its champions are breaking barriers, amplifying youth voices and building a generation of confident, resilient leaders who don’t just dream, they do.

UK Youth is the UK’s leading youth work charity with a vision that all young people are equipped to thrive and empowered to contribute at every stage of their lives. With its national network of over 9,000 youth organisations, UK Youth reaches and empowers more than 5.3 million young people across the UK, providing an unparalleled platform for youth engagement and impact.

Through Nickolas’s role as #iWill Champion and UK Youth’s first Young Ambassador, the Just Dream Movement aligns with a national mission for youth-led change, extending its message of belief, purpose and possibility to millions more young people.

Fostering Promise is dedicated to completely eradicating homelessness among youth exiting foster care, today focused on the San Francisco Bay Area, with the intent of becoming a statewide model. Their mission is that every young person has a safe place to call home, the support of a caring mentor, and the hope for a promising future.

Inspire 2 Ignite, located in Cambridgeshire, UK, is dedicated to dramatically reducing the number of young people who are not in education, employment or training by providing meaningful opportunities, tailored support and clear pathways forward. This partnership strengthens outcomes on both sides — combining external opportunity with the internal foundation young people need to engage, sustain and succeed.

    After my Just Dream Day back in July, I started breaking my days down into small things I could be proud of, even if they seemed minor. One of my main goals was to quit vaping. When I came back to the UK, I decided not to relapse this time. Without really realising it, I was using the affirmation and gratitude ideas from the Just Dream Day. Since December, I’ve stayed vape-free after four and a half years of vaping, including two years of chain use, which is something I’m really proud of.
