Hi, I’m Nicole, a consultant, coach and mindfulness instructor with 3 decades of global experience spanning Fortune 500 companies, entrepreneurial ventures and charitable organisations. My life’s purpose is to inspire people to live their best lives, which is why I’m so excited to share a deeply personal and transformational movement: the Just Dream Movement™ and how we are changing the world one dream at a time.

The Just Dream Movement ™ empowers young people to believe in their potential and pursue their dreams with courage and purpose, championed by Nickolas Ellis, an 18-year-old motorsport athlete and #iWill Champion Changemaker, who serves as the first Young Ambassador for both UK Youth and the Just Dream Movement. This initiative collaborates with visionary leaders and youth organisations globally to ensure young voices are heard and to shape a brighter future.
What began as a personal dream has grown into a scalable global model with the potential to drive systemic change. Today, founder Nicole Perry Ellis leads a world-class team collaborating with visionary leaders, major global charities and the UK’s largest youth organisation, and this is just the beginning. After my Just Dream Day back in July, I started breaking my days down into small things I could be proud of, even if they seemed minor. One of my main goals was to quit vaping. When I came back to the UK, I decided not to relapse this time. Without really realising it, I was using the affirmation and gratitude ideas from the Just Dream Day. Since December, I’ve stayed vape-free after four and a half years of vaping, including two years of chain use, which is something I’m really proud of.
